For our office in Chester, UK, we are looking for a Junior Operator (Full time)!
Crossover Group is a market leader specializing in asset management of tank containers for the international chemical and gas industries, headquartered in Singapore and has more than 20 offices worldwide.

Requirements:

• Have excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and plan workloads
• Possess highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have a professional attitude and be a good team player and the ability to communicate at all levels
• Ability to work autonomously within a team with a minimal amount of supervision.
• Demonstrate the core values of Crossover Group – Passion, Respect, Honesty, Flexibility, Hard Work and Accountability
• Competent user of all Microsoft Office applications. (Word. Excel and PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of QuickBooks not required but an added bonus

Core responsibilities:

• Communicating with trucking companies, shipping lines and customers.
• Co-ordination and scheduling pick-up of bulk liquid products with customers and trucking companies.
• Booking tank containers with shipping lines.
• Issuing instructions for export/ import shipments.
• Working closely with overseas offices.
• Establishing good relationships with customers and vendors.
• Checking related in-house system for imports/ exports and updating daily tracking.
• Creating commercial invoices for all shipments and to coordinate secondary approval checks with the Commercial Manager.
• Liaising with freight forwarders to ensure successful delivery to the nominated recipients. Providing shipping updates and provide release to consignee.
• Daily stock updates for Europe.
